Welcome to the Depth of Field Photography website, which has been designed to provide prospective clients with an overview of the photographic services we offer and also permit access to the wide range of military re-enactment images we shoot (both as part of our business activites and just for the fun of it!). Whether you are visiting to find out how we may be able to assist your business or project, find out about our courses, or to view the re-enactment galleries, we hope you enjoy your visit and find what you are looking for. Depth of Field is run by photographer Phil Royal, and has had a web presence since the mid-1990's. At that time Phil was a keen amateur photographer and the website was established as a place to show his varied work, from landscapes and steam locomotives to abstract and manipulated images. The site was viewed by a couple of publishers who liked his work, and since then the business and scope of work undertaken has steadily expanded. Based in Ashford, Kent, Phil has undertaken work all over the UK for magazine and book publishers but also undertakes commissions closer to home. |
